Two Thumb's original brew bar on Manchester Street, pouring the beer it makes on site — everything from a Yorkshire bitter and a milk stout to single-hop experiments and low-alc pours, plus cider. The brewhouse runs on solar and rainwater, and the room does festivals, private events and live music. A solid central spot to work through a tasting paddle.
