A high tea room on Stanmore Road in Richmond, done up like a Victorian drawing room — tiered stands of finger sandwiches and scones, English-style baking and a long list of loose-leaf teas. Breakfast and lunch run all day if you're not here for the full tea, and there are gluten-free and vegan options. Small and daytime-only, so the high tea sets book out. One for a birthday or a catch-up with Mum.
